The Aztec Motel has seen a lot of changes over the last century. Originally built in 1915 as a guest house, this property is over 100 years old! In the 1950's additions were made at the center of the building, giving it a classic "motor inn" appeal. In the 1970's the property functioned as a restaurant serving Mexican cuisine. More recently the building housed retail shops, a beauty salon, and even served as a private home. In 2021 The Aztec was refurbished and open for visitors once again!
